The Maltz Jupiter Theatre operates under an agreement between the League of Resident Theatres (LORT) and Actor's Equity Association, the union of professional actors and stage management in the United States, as well as the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers, an independent national labor union.

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is a member of the Theatre Communications Group, the National Alliance of Musical Theatres (NAMT), the Theatre League of South Florida, the Professional Theatre Association, Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce, the Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, Stuart-Martin County Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Palm Beaches Cultural Alliances and the Palm Beach County Cultural Council.
