Box Office Information

The Box Office is located in the lobby of The Maltz Jupiter Theatre at 1001 East Indiantown Road, and our phone number is 561-575-2223. Tickets may be purchased over the phone or online using American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover, and in person using cash, check (at least 10 days before the show) or credit card. Tickets will be mailed or held at our Will Call window depending on the customer's preference and time frame when the tickets are purchased.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. There is a $4 processing fee for all phone orders, walk-up sales and web sales. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase when picking up tickets at our Will Call window. If another party is picking up tickets you purchased, please provide authorization to the Box Office either in writing or phone call.
  • Events are removed from the website one hour prior to the scheduled event.
  • Tickets purchased two weeks or more in advance will be mailed to the mailing address you select unless you specify to hold them in our Box Office.
  • Tickets purchased within ten days of the performance date will be held at the "Will Call" window of our Box Office.
  • All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same production and within at least 24 hours prior to the production you are to attend. The Box Office MUST have the tickets in hand before any exchanges will be made.
  • There will be a $4 fee for ticket exchanges.
  • Subscriptions can only be ordered with the proper form and cannot be ordered online. Completed subscription forms can be mailed to, taken to, or faxed to (561-743-0107) the Box Office.
  • Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted to our subscription shows or limited engagements.
  • Wheelchair and handicapped seating is available. Please let us know your needs by calling the Box Office at (561) 575-2223 at least 24 hours prior to the performance you wish to attend.
  • All performances, artists and dates are subject to change.

 

Box Office Hours

From now through the middle of October, the Box Office will not be open for walk up traffic due to the renovations of the theatre.  We still will be available by mail, phone or fax.  Our hours of operation will be:
 
Mondays through Fridays:     10:00am-6:00pm
Closed Saturdays and Sundays
 
 

Ordering By Phone

To order tickets by phone, please call the Box Office at (561) 575-2223, Ext. 0, or (800) 445-1666, Ext. 0. To fax an order, please fax the information to (561) 743-0107.

 

$20 Rush Tickets for Students under 18

Beginning 90 minutes prior to any evening performance of a season subscription show, subject to mezzanine seat availability, students under 18 with a valid student ID may purchase up to two $20 student rush mezzanine tickets to that performance. Ticket(s) must be purchased in person and CANNOT be ordered over the phone.

*Note: Student Rush is applicable only for Maltz Jupiter Theatre mainstage productions and does not apply to limited engagemnents or other non-Maltz Jupiter Theatre events.

 

Gift Certificates

Our Gift Certificates can be used to purchase tickets for any of our limited engagements or season performances on sale at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre box office or over the phone. They cannot be used for any production or individual that rents our venue. Gift Certificates, for any denomination, can be purchased by phone or in person at the box office during business hours.

 

Patrons with Disabilities

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is dedicated to providing persons with disabilities the necessary measures for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available in our orchestra level. Please be sure to mention any special seating request when placing your ticket order. Our lobby restrooms also are fully accessible.

 

Infrared Listening System

Headsets aiding in amplification and clarity are available for hearing impaired patrons on a first come first serve basis. Receivers and earphones are available free of charge and may be signed out prior to the performance using a driver's license or major credit card as a "deposit". Upon completion of use, your deposit will then be returned. They are lightweight and can be used in all sections of the theatre.
 

Theatre Policies

Because of Fire Department regulations, all persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend a performance at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.
-Patrons of any age whose behavior is inappropriate will be asked to leave the theatre at the
discretion of management.
-Please silence all cell phones and pagers during the performance.
-Recording devices of any type are not permitted in the theatre.
-Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.
-Late seating will be reserved to the discretion of management.
-House credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
