This year's Fifth Anniversary Gala honors Broadway Producer and Maltz Jupiter Theatre Board Member, Rodger Hess and his wife Betty.  Rodger Hess Productions brought the award-winning new play, The Tin Pan Alley Rag to the Maltz Jupiter Theatre in 2006.  The Tin Pan Alley Rag sold out its run at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, and won the top three prestigious Carbonell Awards: Best Production of a Musical, Best Musical Direction, and Best Director. 

Rodger is a notable New York producer.  His company, Rodger Hess Productions Inc. has produced many Broadway shows, including; Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, Wait Until Dark, 1776, Annie 20th Anniversary Production, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jelly's Last Jam, Leader of the Pack, and The Five O'Clock Girl.

In addition to producing and serving on the Maltz Jupiter Theatre Board, Rodger serves on the boards of several other prestigious non-profit organizations.  The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is grateful for all Rodger and Betty have done for the theatre, and are proud to honor them at our special Fifth Anniversary Gala.
