February 22, 2012 (Jupiter) – Spring is in the air at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre!

March brings an exciting array of options for theatergoers, including operatic performances with Arias: An Evening with Palm Beach Opera and the cool jazz flavor of The John Pizzarelli Quartet.

The month also brings the fun-filled, classic Tony Award-winning musical Hello, Dolly!, the ultimate Beatles tribute group Yesterday: A Tribute to the Beatles and the ‘60s pop legends Jay and the Americans.

“We are particularly excited about Hello, Dolly!, starring Broadway veteran Vicki Lewis and Tony Award® winner Gary Beach, which will take our audiences on a whirlwind race around New York at the turn of the twentieth century,” said Andrew Kato, artistic director for the Maltz Jupiter Theatre. “This spectacular musical adventure is a true treasure and will be sure to warm your heart.”

Here’s a look at the Theatre’s upcoming shows:

Thursday, March 1 – Arias: An Evening with Palm Beach Opera
Come and enjoy a special concert featuring Palm Beach Opera’s talented Young Artists singing favorite opera arias and duets from Puccini, Verdi and more! Showtime is 7:30 p.m. All tickets $25.

Friday, March 2 – Celtic Crossroads
In an explosive show filled with traditional Irish music, Irish dancers defy laws of speed and gravity, while musicians swap instruments before your eyes. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. All tickets $40.

Sunday, March 4 – Yesterday: a Tribute to the Beatles
Relive one of the most influential rock groups in the history of pop music with a tribute to the Beatles, performed in an unforgettable show featuring all their hits! Showtime is 8 p.m. All tickets $40.

March 13 – April 1 – Hello, Dolly!
Full of Jerry Herman’s memorable songs including: “Put On Your Sunday Clothes,” “Before the Parade Passes By” and “It Only Takes a Moment,” Hello, Dolly! takes us on a whirlwind race around New York at the turn of the twentieth century as we follow the adventures of America's most beloved matchmaker, Dolly Levi! This classic Tony Award-winning musical is a true treasure and will be sure to warm your heart. Showtimes vary; tickets start at $43. Sunday, March 25 – John Pizzarelli Quartet
Internationally known for classic standards, late-night ballads, and the cool jazz flavor he brings to his performances, John Pizzarelli continues to entertain audiences without sacrificing his commitment to a high level of musicianship and artistic achievement. Showtime is 8 p.m. All tickets $50.

Monday, March 26 – Juke Box Series presents Jay and The Americans
The ’60s pop legends sing “This Magic Moment” and other hit songs, including “She Cried,” “Only in America,” “Come a Little Bit Closer,” “Tonight” and “Cara Mia.” Showtime is 7:30 p.m. All tickets $50; Pre-show meet and greet tickets $65. Sponsored by Bonnie Osher.

Season subscriptions are also currently on sale for the Theatre’s 2012/13 Tenth Anniversary Season Celebration, with subscriptions that start at $183. The shows featured in the Theatre’s 2012/13 season include Amadeus, The Music Man, Singin' in the Rain, Doubt and Thoroughly Modern Millie.

The Theatre also has programs for all ages at its popular Conservatory of Performing Arts. Here’s a look at upcoming Spring Break vacation camp offerings for grades K-5:

March 19-23 – Super Secret Agent Spring Break Spy Camp, grades K-5
This spring break, enter the super secret world of secret agent spies at the Conservatory! Students will explore acting, voice and movement with a “secret agent” theme, culminating in a showcase for family and friends. $200; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; pre-care and after-care are also available.

March 26 – One Day Laugh Out Loud Camp, grades K-5
Explore your inner comedian in this one-day camp full of fun! Students in grades K – 5 will explore the art of comedy and improvisation. Classrooms will be broken into groups of K – 2 and 3 – 5. $75; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
