Musical Director Owen Seward, Jr. will lead the band through the greatest holiday music of all time

(Jupiter, FL.)December 7, 2006 - Ushering in the holiday season, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre welcomes the New Gardens Band as they wisk the audience away to a Winter Wonderland on Monday, December 11^th.

The New Gardens Band, conducted by Owen Seward, will bring this special performance to the Maltz Jupiter Theatre for one night only to get audiences full swing into the spirit of the holiday season. Join this wondrous 60 member concert band, as they bring you familiar holiday fare complete with an audience sing along!

Since starting out in 1996, The New Gardens Band has wowed audiences not only in their native home of South Florida, but around the world. Since its inception, the band has been conducted by Musical Director Owen Seward, Jr., also director of the Indian River Pops Orchestra that will perform at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre after the New Year in conjunction with their orchestra series.

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre opened in February 2004 as a 550-seat, nonprofit community-based regional theater in the former Burt Reynolds Dinner Theatre.
